International Shipping
- Please create an account with us, add your items to the cart and then email us for a shipping quote. We will add this to your order. The order will not be confirmed until the shipping value has been accepted.

Returns Policy
- If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice number.
E-mail us in the first instance outlining your problem. Include the following information: Invoice number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number. Also let us know whether your preference is replacement or refund.
